I understand how deeply burnout can disrupt a person's life and sense of direction. I feel driven to guide people back to clarity, control, and independence.
Book a Discovery CallFor most of my life, I was incredibly harsh on myself. I set goals that, looking back, were completely unrealistic. And every time I fell short, I pushed harder. I didn't understand that the goals themselves were setting me up to fail.
That cycle went on for years until I finally broke down. Mentally, physically, emotionally. I was a wreck. But finding my way out of that darkness turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me.
During my recovery, I discovered things about myself I'd never understood before. I started to see why I was feeling the way I was feeling. And that understanding, that awareness, is what helped me find my way back. Not just quickly, but in a way that actually lasted.
After my own recovery, I started noticing something troubling. A lot of people around me were struggling too. Many were seeing therapists, but most weren't improving. Some barely moved forward at all, and many kept relapsing. That got me asking the harder questions: why does burnout happen in the first place? What's actually going on in the human mind when someone hits that wall?
That curiosity led me to earn my Life Coaching and Burnout Coaching diplomas at Laudius in Europe, graduating summa cum laude. I started working with clients right away, and I loved seeing the progress they made. But something was still missing. I wanted to go deeper. So I took it a step further and completed Psychiatric Management training at Harvard Medical School.
Along the way, I also became a government-certified career coach through the Flemish government, helping people rediscover forgotten talents, unlock their potential, and find meaningful career paths. The government unfortunately cancelled that programme in 2025, but the experience gave me a deeper understanding of how stress and career dissatisfaction feed into each other.
Today, I'm still deepening my knowledge every single day. I'm constantly looking for new and improved ways to help my clients recover faster and, more importantly, build lasting resilience so they can become their best version once again.
"I didn't just read about burnout in a textbook. I lived it. For years. And that's exactly why I know the way out."
Clinical training combined with lived experience. Because understanding burnout from both sides of the equation is what makes the difference.
Certified in General Psychiatric Management for Borderline Personality Disorder
Diploma in Life Coaching and Stress & Burnout Coaching, graduated summa cum laude
Former government-certified career coach for subsidised career coaching programmes (programme discontinued by the Flemish government in 2025)
Actively deepening expertise in stress science, nervous system regulation, and resilience building
I was a government-certified career coach under the Flemish government's subsidised career coaching programme, helping people achieve meaningful career goals, rediscover forgotten talents and skills, and find the right path for a fulfilling life and career. The government unfortunately cancelled the programme in 2025, but the experience and skills I gained continue to shape how I work with clients today.
Years of experience
Every client's path is different, but the arc of recovery follows a recognisable pattern. Here's what most people experience when they work with me.
Drained. Tired. Desperate. Not understanding why they can't shake it, no matter what they try. Most clients arrive feeling stuck in a loop they can't explain, let alone escape.
This is when most clients realise the burnout isn't just from what they blamed it on. They start to see it's a vicious cycle that keeps them burned out. With that clarity, they actively learn how to regulate their nervous system and begin breaking the pattern.
Clients report being happier, more energetic, and genuinely well-rested. Relationships improve. Performance at work increases. Their overall sense of happiness shifts significantly. And the best part? Many end up outperforming their old selves, often relatively fast after the Protocol ends.
The biggest difference between me and most coaches or therapists? I know what it's like to live with burnout. Not from reading about it. I lived it. For multiple years.
That experience taught me something no certification ever could: understanding what is draining you is just as important as trying to fix the problem. You can't build lasting resilience if you don't first understand the patterns that got you here.
My goal is simple. I want to make people resilient to stress and burnout so they don't lose more of their life than they already have. Because I know firsthand how much time gets stolen when nobody helps you see what's really going on.
I've walked the road my clients are on. That changes everything about how I listen, what I notice, and how I guide.
Harvard-trained psychiatric management combined with European coaching methodology. Evidence-based, not guesswork.
I don't just help you feel better for a few weeks. The A.R.C. Protocol builds the foundation so burnout doesn't come back.
I'm married to my lovely wife Domenica. We've been together for 12 years and happily married for 8. She has been my absolute rock through some of the darkest moments of my life. Sadly, Domenica has been severely ill and mostly bedbound for a couple of years now, but she seems to be recovering, even if it's a slow road. Her strength inspires me every single day.
We share our home with two amazing crossbred dogs called Dribbel and Snuffie (they're a Border Collie and Malinois Shepherd mix) and a miniature bunny named Pepper. And let me tell you, she did not steal that name. She is spicy.
