Book a Discovery CallAll sessions are conducted via video call. Each session is 50 minutes. You'll meet twice per week for 12 weeks. Sessions are scheduled at a consistent time that works across time zones (Brussels Time / CET).

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no cost. In cases of genuine emergency, the same applies. A missed session without prior notice can happen once. After that, missed sessions without warning will be deducted from the total without reimbursement, as both our time is valuable.
No. The A.R.C. Protocol is a structured recovery and performance program, not psychotherapy. My work is informed by clinical frameworks (Polyvagal Theory, psychiatric management) but I am not a licensed therapist. If at any point during our work I believe you would benefit from psychiatric or psychological support, I will refer you to the appropriate professional.
